What you will get from this agreement

The scope of this program will offer training sessions aimed at providing the necessary support for you to create and launch interactive experiences in the Ion platform on your own, as well as 1 (one) Ion Interactive Experience to outset your interactive content strategy. All sessions will have up to 1 hour of duration, each, and be conducted through video conferencing. All copy, imagery, and assets necessary for making the training sessions available will be provided by the client. Additionally if you are a new client from Ion, you will get 1 (one) Ion Theme* to personalize your creatives, and 1 (one) Ion Integration* to send data to your marketing automation instance.

How will this agreement be delivered

Through the course of this program, you will participate in a series of live training sessions to get collaboration from an assigned expert designer that will support you in building and ideally launching 1 (one) interactive experience and 1 (one) interactive micro-experience based on a preselected model from Ion’s Templates Gallery and preset procedures.

Ion Experience Training

A set of up 4 training sessions with up to 1 hour of duration, each, to teach you how to create an interactive experience from a template in the Ion platform.

  • 1st session: Welcome to Ion
  • 2nd session: Content Personalization
  • 3rd session: Logic Setup
  • 4th session: Publishing

Ion Micro-experience Training

A training session with up to 1 hour of duration to teach you how to create a compact and embeddable micro-experience from a template in the Ion platform.

Content Distribution Training

A training session with up to 1 hour of duration to teach you how to promote your interactive experience in the right distribution channels, embed your micro-experience to an article within your blog, and start planning your editorial calendar for interactive content moving forward.

The other deliverables included in this agreement, such as the Ion Interactive Experience, the Ion Theme, and the Ion Integration will be created and delivered by our expert team, conducted as side projects to your training program.

Which marketing tools are available

If you are not an existing client from Ion, a standard integration will be included to the agreement of this program. The following instances are available to be selected for your Ion Integration:

If your automation instance is not part of this list, please talk to your sales representative to confirm technical feasibility and get a custom quote.

What items are definitely out of scope

This particular program is not meant to design the content strategy nor create the interactive experience for you, but instead to guide you through your first steps into the Ion platform. Additional customization requests to the learning path and predefined guidelines will be considered out-of-scope items. Additional services are available in our portfolio and can be purchased separately.

What is the schedule of the program

This schedule has a minimum duration of 6 weeks and heavily relies on your team's active participation over the course of the whole program.

This is the phase for Rock Content to assign a Project Manager to plan and kick-start your Ion Adoption Program program accordingly. During the kickoff call with the Project Manager, you will have the chance to define the content strategy and select a template from Ion’s Templates Gallery for your interactive experience and micro-experience, as well as to discuss your Ion Interactive Experience to be delivered as a side project to your training program. In parallel, you will supply all the assets required for setting into motion your Ion Theme* and Ion Integration* deliverables.

Creative Brief

This is the phase for you to put together the creative brief and gather all the assets required to make your Ion Interactive Experience Training and your Ion Micro-experience Training available for scheduling, including copy and imagery. In parallel, your Ion Theme and Ion Integration will be delivered by the Project Manager.

Week 3
Ion Experience Training
Back

This is the phase for you to collaborate with an assigned expert designer and start building your interactive experience in the Ion platform based on the template selected, creative brief supplied and preset procedures as follows. On an ad-hoc basis, the Project Manager will be responsible for hosting the sessions.

  • Welcome to Ion (1st session, 1h): Take the first steps in the platform, learn how to set up a new creative, learn how to apply your Ion Theme, get an overview on the Elements Palette from Creative Studio (layout, interactive components, social elements, etc.), learn how to place and replace text, learn how to place and replace imagery, address questions as needed.
  • Content Personalization (2nd session, 1h): Learn how to personalize content through the micro-themes panel, learn how to apply and change colors, fonts, and other brand elements available in your Ion Theme, learn how to position and reposition interactive components and overall elements to your interactive experience, address questions as needed.

Ion Experience Training

This is the phase for you to keep collaborating with an assigned expert designer and finish building and ideally launching your interactive experience in the Ion platform based on the template selected, creative brief supplied and preset procedures as follows. On an ad-hoc basis, the Project Manager will be responsible for hosting the sessions.

  • Logic Setup* (3rd session, 1h): Learn how to set up the logic of your interactive experience (if applicable), address questions as needed.
  • Publishing (4th session, 1h): Learn how to tag interactive elements, learn how to implement SEO best practices, learn how to hook up integration (if applicable), learn how to create the final URL of your interactive experience, learn how to go live with your interactive experience, address questions as needed.

*Only available for logic-based experiences.

This is the phase for you to collaborate with an assigned expert designer and create your interactive micro-experience in the Ion platform based on a preselected model from Ion’s Templates Gallery selected, creative brief supplied and preset procedures.

Week 6
Program Closing

This is the phase for you to count on the support of the Project Manager to start planning an editorial calendar for your interactive content strategy, post the interactive experience in your social media networks, and implement the micro-experience in your blog. After this last training session, the Project Manager will send the program documentation and also formalize the completion of the program.
